Composite Drain Channel and Grate

This is a high-performance linear drainage system consisting of grooves and cover plates made of composite materials (usually glass fiber reinforced resin). It combines the advantages of multiple materials and is a modern upgraded product of traditional concrete, cast iron, and pure plastic (PP) drainage systems.

Material Properties

Matrix: typically unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl resin, providing the product with corrosion resistance, shape, and stiffness.

Reinforcement: Typically made of fiberglass, similar to steel bars in concrete, providing extremely high tensile strength and impact toughness that pure plastics cannot match.

Filler: such as quartz sand and calcium powder, used to increase the wear resistance, stiffness, and stability of products, and reduce costs.

Through molding and other processes, these materials are composite molded under high temperature and high pressure to form drainage ditch products with excellent performance.
