Advantages

Extremely high strength and load-bearing capacity

The reinforcing effect of glass fiber makes its compressive and bending strength far superior to pure PP plastic, and it can easily reach the highest load-bearing level (such as D400, E600, F900 in EN1433 standard), suitable for extreme working conditions such as airports, ports, and heavy traffic.

Excellent chemical corrosion resistance

The resin matrix has strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, oils, solvents, and wastewater, and its corrosion resistance is superior to that of metals and concrete, comparable to or even stronger than PP plastics (depending on the type of resin used). Very suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical plants, electroplating plants, food processing plants, gas stations, etc.

Lightweight and easy to install

The density is much lower than that of concrete and cast iron, and the weight is only 1/3 to 1/2 of similar concrete products. This makes transportation, handling, and installation very convenient, significantly reducing labor costs and construction time, and improving engineering efficiency.

Anti UV aging, high and low temperature resistance (stable performance from -50 ° C to+80 ° C), frost resistance, and extremely long service life.

Smooth inner wall, high drainage efficiency

The friction coefficient of the inner wall is extremely low, the water flow rate is fast, and it is not easy to accumulate dirt and debris. It has good self-cleaning properties and can reduce blockage and maintenance frequency.
