Composite Drain Channel and Grate

This is a high-performance linear drainage system consisting of grooves and cover plates made of composite materials (usually glass fiber reinforced resin). It combines the advantages of multiple materials and is a modern upgraded product of traditional concrete, cast iron, and pure plastic (PP) drainage systems.

Installation & Testing

Excavation and preparation: excavate trenches according to the design drawings and compact the base layer.

Laying cushion layer: Lay a concrete cushion layer and find the drainage slope.

Assembly and placement: Assemble the groove module (usually with socket and sealing ring), connect the water outlet, and place it in the groove.

Fixing and pouring: Pour concrete on both sides of the trench for fixing and sealing.

Install cover plate: After the concrete reaches its strength, cover the cover plate.
