PP-R BF Fittings

PP-R BF fittings are mainly used for transitional connections with metal equipment, valves, or flange interfaces

Material Properties

Connection method: One end is a PP-R hot melt socket, and the other end is a metal external/internal thread or flange clamping surface

Metal inlay: anti zinc brass, non porous metal coating, thread in accordance with EN 10226 standard

Pressure resistance level: The maximum working pressure at 20 ℃ is about 20 bar (typical value, reduced with increasing specifications and temperature)

Sealing principle: The flange surface is sealed by tightening the gasket with bolts; Threaded ends usually require the use of raw tape or sealant

Different from ordinary PP-R: The "BF" mark means that the pipe fittings come with a fixed flange structure, and the flange bolts need to be subjected to a specified torque during installation, taking into account the creep relaxation characteristics of PP material
