PP Drain Channel and Grate
This is a linear drainage system widely used in modern architecture and municipal engineering, consisting of drainage channels made of polypropylene (PP) material and matching cover plates (grates).
Excavation: Excavate trenches according to the design drawings.
Laying the base layer: compact the base layer and lay a concrete cushion layer, and find the slope.
Assembly and placement: Assemble the PP drainage groove (with a sealing ring at the connection), place it in the groove, and connect the water outlet.
Fixation and pouring: Pour concrete on both sides of the trench for fixation and support.
Installation of cover plate: After the concrete solidifies, cover the cover plate and complete the construction.
