Recently, the Testing Center of ERA Pipeline (Anhui) Co., Ltd. received great news: on March 16th, the center successfully obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate (registration number: CNAS L25421) from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This authoritative recognition marks that the testing capabilities of Anhui ERA Testing Center have fully complied with the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard and officially obtained the qualification for international mutual recognition of testing results. At this point, ERA Group has added another CNAS accredited laboratory, achieving national level certification for its three laboratories.

The Testing Center of ERA Pipeline (Anhui) Co., Ltd. officially started the preparation work for CNAS laboratory accreditation in 2024. As the core quality control hub of the company, this center focuses on the entire process of research and production of plastic pipeline products, providing professional, comprehensive, and accurate testing services and technical support for the company. During the preparation period, the center strictly followed the requirements of the "Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence", systematically carried out management system construction, technical standard updates, and business process optimization, and achieved standardized and refined management of the entire process from sample reception, testing implementation, data review to report issuance, ensuring accurate, fair, and reliable testing results. At present, the testing center has a dedicated testing area equipped with a batch of advanced testing equipment, which can meet the testing needs of conventional and key performance indicators of plastic pipelines. More than 50% of the center's senior testing personnel have over 10 years of experience, and all personnel possess professional qualifications and rich industry experience required by CNAS accreditation, providing a solid talent guarantee for the professionalism of testing work. The testing items recognized by CNAS this time cover core key indicators of plastic pipelines such as oxidation induction time, longitudinal shrinkage rate, static hydraulic strength test, and ring stiffness. Accurate testing ensures the quality of pipeline products.
