On March 5th, the bidding ceremony for the first batch of centralized procurement for China Overseas Development in 2026 was held at the China Overseas Building in Shenzhen. Guo Lei, Vice President of China Overseas Development, attended the ceremony and awarded the winning bidder with a plaque. As a long-term strategic partner of Zhonghai and one of the first batch of winning bidders for centralized procurement, Zhang Yichen, Vice Chairman of Zhonghai, was invited to attend the ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the company.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Yichen made a statement. He provided a detailed introduction to the business development and industrial layout of the company. He stated that through its independent innovation platform, the company continues to promote the iterative upgrading of its product system and application scenarios. With its advanced manufacturing technology, mature deepening design, and comprehensive supporting services, such as layer and silent drainage systems, it will definitely help build "good houses" for Zhonghai. At the same time, he also expressed the willingness of ERA, as the enterprise with the highest export volume in China's plastic pipeline industry for consecutive years, to jointly explore overseas markets with China Shipping and Lingchao.
At the meeting, Xu Jiang, General Manager of China Overseas Development Cost Management Department and Vice Chairman of Lingchao Supply Chain, and Duan Muying, General Manager of Lingchao Supply Chain, respectively gave speeches. They express sincere gratitude to their long-term partners who have supported the development of China Shipping and Leading Tide's supply chain. They hope that everyone can work together to create a new paradigm of agile, efficient, transparent, and trustworthy supply chain collaboration, transform the results of cooperation into solid guarantees for engineering quality, and achieve the strategic goal of mutual benefit and win-win. At the end of the meeting, Guo Lei congratulated and awarded licenses to the 38 winning units of centralized procurement, and put forward three work requirements: "high-quality service, customer-oriented", "technological innovation, driving progress", and "compliance, law-abiding, and steady development".
