Recently, the 2025 Zhejiang Province "Good House" exhibition grandly kicked off at the Zhejiang Exhibition Center. The theme of this exhibition is "Good House, Zhejiang Sample Construction", which closely follows the decision-making and deployment of the Party and the state to vigorously promote the construction of "safe, comfortable, green and intelligent" good houses. It deeply implements the goal requirements of the provincial party committee's "high-level construction of modern people's cities" and comprehensively showcases Zhejiang's innovative practices and systematic achievements in promoting high-quality development of housing construction.
At the exhibition site, the integration of practicality and innovation has become a key criterion for evaluating "good houses". As a benchmark enterprise in the province that deeply cultivates the construction of good houses, ERA has successfully selected multiple innovative products related to "good houses", injecting quality momentum into the construction of "good houses" in Zhejiang and even the whole country with its hard core strength, and writing a new chapter in the upgrading of human settlements.
During the exhibition, leaders from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Construction, the construction commissions of various districts and cities, and the construction completion management bureau visited the site to observe the technological innovation achievements of Honest Era, and gave high praise and recognition.

ERA ECS Central to Clean Drainage System
The material experience area within the theme exhibition area, the newly upgraded CE Youchang series - ECS central to clean drainage system, has attracted much attention. This system closely conforms to the national "good house" construction standards and has four major national patents. With the latest multi-channel same floor drainage design, it effectively solves the common problems of anti odor, odor, and insect and ant breeding in household drainage pipelines, making the hidden drainage system inside the wall truly an important support for "good houses".
The on-site staff further explained: "The odor of the drainage pipeline and the presence of insects and ants will be blocked by the first line of defense when using the super large displacement silicone anti odor floor drain to prevent water seal odor caused by long-term disuse. The second line of defense has a patented central collector for interception, with a 52mm ultra-high water seal design, which not only has higher interception efficiency, but also shares water seals with multiple pipelines, and all pipe fittings are completed. The three lines of defense intercept sewage through one-way odor prevention valves, achieving the goal of "only going out and not entering" and blocking the upward flow of odors.
On this basis, the system is equipped with a 110mm diameter pipeline and a 459 elbow design, combined with a wet area grate floor drain and a variable diameter water tee, to achieve a super large drainage flux of 1L/s while scientifically separating sewage and wastewater discharge, comprehensively improving the efficiency and user experience of the drainage system.
Shuxin Hydrophobic Comparison Experiment
In front of the "Shuxin Hydrophobic Comparison Experiment Platform" on the left, the parallel testing of conventional PPR pipes and ERA Shuxin pipes forms a sharp contrast. Experiments have shown that under the same water passing conditions, ordinary pipes are prone to residual water stains due to their hydrophilicity, while the ERA Shu core pipe, through innovative research and development, endows the inner wall with excellent hydrophobicity, achieving a clean effect of "no trace of water passing".

A mobile home for spacecraft!
Leaving the exhibition hall, the Taizhou "Mobile Digital Home" spacecraft in the outdoor exhibition area became the focus of the entire venue. This project is an innovative model of deep integration of construction and manufacturing in Taizhou, and also a vivid practice of exploring new models of housing. It directly addresses the pain points of traditional living, such as insufficient flexibility, decoration pollution, and lack of elderly friendly facilities. With the core technology of assembly and the ability to adapt to the entire scene, it showcases new possibilities for human habitation for the industry.
E22 Switch Series
Inside the spacecraft, the E22 switch stands out with its minimalist design and excellent craftsmanship. Its surface adopts a silky texture paint surface and a special UV curing process, combined with a 5.8mm ultra-thin body, to achieve high-quality performance of long-term use without leaving fingerprints, anti fouling and dirt resistance, anti-oxidation and color change resistance, injecting aesthetic style into modern homes.
ERA purified water
