In order to comprehensively improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, ERA Co., Ltd. successfully held the first "Safety Fun Games" on July 2. This event cleverly integrated safety production knowledge, fire drills and escape skills into fun competitions, which not only stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees to participate, but also made the safety concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and safety skills take root.

This competition has a total of six major projects, combined with daily safety production practices, covering: "Water Pioneer", "Crawling Escape", "Water Hose Target Shooting", "Carrying Weights", "Knowledge Breakthrough", and "Fire Fighting Sprint".

It is understood that this competition is based on workshop groups, with a total of 17 teams participating in the competition. The Safety Office organized all participants to conduct unified and standardized training on the competition items before the game.

Part 1 Live on the field·Exciting moments
With a whistle, the competition officially kicked off. The contestants quickly got into the state and devoted themselves to every link.

In the first event, "Water Pioneer", the contestants raced against time to receive and pass water. This link not only tested speed and endurance, but also put forward extremely high requirements for balance and concentration. The next one was "Crawling Escape", which simulated a real dangerous scene. The contestants crossed obstacles in a low posture with standard movements, which effectively strengthened the muscle memory and practical reaction ability of emergency escape.

"Hose Target Shooting" comprehensively tested the contestants' firefighting operation specifications and water shooting accuracy. Steady, accurate and fast movements are the key to winning, and it is also a concentrated display of practical firefighting skills. "Carrying the weight forward" is a double challenge to physical fitness and willpower. The contestants carried heavy objects and used their hands and feet to move forward, with their eyes firmly fixed on the finish line, showing a tenacious spirit.

"Knowledge Challenge" turned the competition field into a "safety examination room". The contestants responded calmly and internalized the safety knowledge points. The finale event "Fire Fighting Sprint" pushed the competition to a climax. The contestants ran towards the "fire source" with fire extinguishers in hand, pulling out the pins, pressing the handles, and spraying in one go, with standardized and quick movements, fully demonstrating the employees' solid firefighting practical skills.

The whole game was exciting and exciting. The contestants mastered practical safety skills in laughter and sweat, and showed their personal style and perseverance in the competition.

Part 2 Moment of Glory·Award Ceremony
After a fierce competition, the extrusion B1 workshop of Daixi Branch won the first prize; the equipment manufacturing department and injection molding A2 workshop of Shuangpu Branch won the second prize; the copper parts branch, the gas branch extrusion workshop and the Shuangpu branch storage department won the third prize.

Part 3 Safety "moves" · Education through fun and results
This "Safety Fun Games" is an innovative form of safety training. Through practical operations, employees have deepened their understanding and mastery of safety knowledge. Everyone learned in the game, improved in the competition, and consolidated the foundation of safety skills in laughter, truly achieving "education through fun".
