Glory Moment | Gongyuan High-Performance Pipeline Smart Factory is Selected into the List of Advanced Smart Factories in Zhejiang Province

 Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of advanced

smart factories in Zhejiang Province in 2025 (first batch). Gongyuan Co., Ltd.'s high-performance pipeline smart factory

was successfully selected for its outstanding practice in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

As the main carrier for realizing intelligent manufacturing, smart factories are the main battlefield for the digital

transformation and intelligent upgrading of manufacturing. In recent years, Gongyuan Co., Ltd. has listed the

construction of smart factories and digital workshops as the company's strategic priorities to comprehensively

promote the intelligent transformation of production processes. With digital intelligence and lean management,

it helps deepen production and manufacturing and promotes the intelligent reform of factories.

In the Gongyuan Smart Factory, the entire production process from feeding, mixing, crushing, granulation, centralized

feeding, transportation to packaging has been realized unmanned. In the workshop, internationally leading equipment

such as Japan's FANUC automatic packaging system, Germany's KUKA robot, Germany's KRAUSS MAFFEI intelligent

production line, and AGV automatic transport vehicles are running in an orderly manner, effectively ensuring the high

precision and stability of production.

The latest ball valve intelligent manufacturing workshop has become a model of intelligence. All 80 injection molding

machines are equipped with manipulators or robots. The finished products are automatically transported to the

packaging line by AGV carts and finally put into storage by automated assembly lines. This "lights-out factory"

mode realizes the autonomous operation of equipment, and the production process does not require human

intervention. Batches of pipeline products can be quickly shipped out of the factory and shipped all over the world.

By integrating ten systems and eight business modules, the factory has realized the acquisition of data from the

networking of production equipment to the automatic collection and real-time monitoring of data in the whole

process; from paperless optimization of production entry process to transparency and traceability of production

process; from efficient analysis and mining of data to scientific and refined processing of production management

data. All information is gathered in the "digital factory cockpit" to form a sophisticated data network, so that

production can achieve the best output and quality within a controllable range. Data dashboard, order flow, product

traceability, paperless process, monitoring error reporting... The traditional independent information flow mode has

been replaced by these information means, and efficient operation is achieved in unmanned smart factories. The

information processing of the AD smart factory is not only applied to production management, but also realizes

the intelligent scheduling of energy. The factory monitors the energy consumption and production of the factory

and workshop in real time 24 hours a day. Energy data such as water, electricity, gas, and photovoltaic power

generation are accurately collected and tested, and energy consumption analysis and optimization, energy balance

scheduling are carried out based on this, to achieve refined energy management of the entire manufacturing process.

Since being selected as one of the first batch of "machine replacement demonstration enterprises" in Zhejiang Province

in 2014, and being awarded the title of "Zhejiang Province Smart Factory" in 2024, Gongyuan has actively responded

to the "Made in China 2025" strategy, and continued to promote projects such as "integration of industrialization and

informationization" and "unmanned factory", and will continue to focus on "digital intelligence empowerment and

green leadership" to help build a new pattern of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry with

"intelligence to improve quality".
