and the annual Spring Festival Gala arrived as scheduled. Zhang Jianjun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ERA Group, Lu Zhenyu, Chairman of ERA Co., Ltd., Zhang Yichen,

Vice Chairman, Ji Xiong, General Manager of ERA Co., Ltd., and other group leaders, leadership teams of various subsidiaries, heads of functional centers and departments of the headquarters,

and more than 1,200 representatives of advanced individuals and employee representatives of the group in 2024 gathered together to bid farewell to the old and usher in the new,

and join hands to step into the beautiful time of our 13th ERA Spring Festival Gala.

Born to the sun and pursue dreams

At the beginning of the evening party, Lu Zhenyu, Chairman of ERA Co., Ltd., delivered the 2025 New Year's speech "Unremitting Struggle, Unremitting Evolution".

Looking back on the road we have come, 2024 is still full of ups and downs and mud. Over the past 40 years since its establishment,

ERA has built roads through mountains and bridges across rivers, turning pressure into motivation and making the impossible possible.

Standing at the junction of the old and the new, he encouraged all ERA people to be confident, calm, sober, and firm in their steps, and to use the spirit of daring,

practical and fast work, and the current "courage", "certainty" and "urgency" to evolve and sublimate.

In the commendation session, the company's senior management team awarded honorary certificates and trophies to the company-level and group-level advanced collectives

and individuals in 2024. This full sense of "ritual" is not only a commendation for outstanding individuals and collectives,

but also a transmission of positive energy and a demonstration of the power of role models.

Unlike in the past, tonight's gala will set sail in the form of a hearty singing competition. Recalling the fierce competition in the preliminary round,

77 participating programs went through 3 days and 5 rounds of auditions. In the end, 18 family members advanced to the stage of tonight's individual singing finals,

and 6 team programs entered the gala performance session.

Yuanyinhui Dream·Singing Happiness
New Year's blessings are being passed on. In the joyful atmosphere of "Happy New Year", the final of the Yuanyinhui singing competition officially kicked off.

Jin Chongye brought a rebellious "Wukong", which was earth-shattering and exciting, showing the youthful style of ERA's young power; white mist rose up and enveloped the entire stage.

Chen Chenyi whispered the longing of "I Miss You So Much", which moved the audience present;

Lin Kang was a poet under the moonlight, and a "Moonlight Serenade" took us back to the past; "Little Live Expert" Yan Banghui brought "Miracle Reappearance",

with dynamic rhythm and immersive performance, awakening our childhood memories;

Yang Pinchang interpreted the loneliness of "Lonely Sand Island Cold" for us with his unique smoky voice; Qi Shiya brought "Selections of Henan Opera Xiaocangwa",

each sentence of singing contained strong local emotions and profound cultural heritage.

On the radiant stage, contestants took turns to perform, some were majestic, some were affectionate, and some were melodious. From the nostalgic charm of classic old songs,

to the fashionable and dynamic pop songs, to the mellow charm of traditional opera, the audience enjoyed an unparalleled musical feast.

Walk hand in hand, and make your voice heard
The families of Yulequan and Lekequan brought a song "Meteor Shower", with affectionate voices and unique shapes, attracting the attention of every audience;

the Buchaqianquan, with the bright moon hanging high, expressed their endless thoughts for their loved ones in a foreign land with graceful dance and melodious singing;

the spring is coming, the willows are swaying, and we are "going up the spring mountain" with the pursuit, happiness, and creation circles!

Every note sung by the families of the strongest circle on the surface carries deep affection and leads us through time and space. In the midsummer of that year,

the smiling faces frozen in the camera became the mark of youth; when we first entered ERA, we slowly flourished here,

and the stars gathered together to become a "Little Happiness" that belongs to everyone;

The family members of the Dedication Circle and the Love Circle brought their work positions to the stage, and cut into the troubles of employee dining and environmental cleaning,

and let us feel their efforts to improve the happiness of employees.

Whether it is rushing to the front line to fight for business, or fully supporting and guaranteeing behind the scenes, every family member has unlimited potential.

As long as they stand on this stage that belongs to them, they can instantly shine with unique light.

The ERA family in Kenya sang a song "JAMBO BAWANA", which not only brought the mystery and uniqueness of Africa,

but also tightly wrapped the unique style and passionate culture of this mysterious continent of Africa in the song and melody.

The lyrics "Hakuna Matata" is a vivid interpretation of the African spirit, and also expresses the hope that ERA will be carefree and worry-free in the future.

At the end of the evening party, the contestants sang "Unforgettable Tonight" together, and the song was full of warmth and reluctance.

ERA people stand shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart, with an inextinguishable faith, and move forward courageously. No matter how high the mountains or the vast ocean are,

they can't stop us from moving forward. We will write the evolution of ERA with our endless power.
