Lu Zhenyu, Chairman of ERA Co., Ltd., and Zhang Yichen, Vice Chairman, delivered important speeches at the conference,

Ji Xiong, on behalf of the company's management team, made a 2025 business report to the participants.
He comprehensively summarized the company's various tasks and achievements in 2024, objectively analyzed the existing deficiencies,
and proposed that all cadres should effectively enhance the sense of crisis and urgency, clarify their ideas, find the key points,
and open up a new situation in work with an evolutionary posture and practical actions.
At the same time, he clarified the overall work ideas for 2025, calling on all employees to maintain strategic focus, make good plans for the "15th Five-Year Plan",

Immediately afterwards, Zhang Yichen introduced the sales targets and core tasks for 2025 in detail, clarified the sales targets and profit targets of the headquarters, subsidiaries,
and marketing centers, and proposed budget system reforms, salary rule reforms, and process reforms.
