01 More corrosion resistant   Zinc layer thickness 50μm+

The inner and outer walls are hot-dip galvanized. The thickness of the zinc layer can reach more than 50μm. It is anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-oxidation.

It is widely used in places with high-strength protection, anti-corrosion, fire prevention and other requirements.

02 Higher intensity   Tensile strength 400 MPa

Made of Q234 steel, it has high strength and stiffness, and the tensile strength can reach more than 400MPa; it will not flatten or break during bending operation,

there will be no cracks after 90° bending, and the weld will not crack.

03 More insulation   Insulation resistance 100ΜΩ+

The insulation resistance is over 100MΩ, preventing safety accidents such as leakage and short circuit between wires, cables and pipes,

and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

04 More fireproof   High temperature resistance 800°C

After testing, JDG pipes can remain in a high temperature environment of 800°C for more than 30 minutes without softening or burning.
