1. Before bonding pipes and fittings, the inner side of the socket and the outer side of the socket should be wiped clean, free of dust and water stains. When the surface is contaminated with oil, it should be wiped clean with a cleaning agent.
2. The insertion depth mark should be drawn on the surface of the pipe end according to the measured socket depth of the pipe fitting.
3. The adhesive should be applied first to the inner side of the pipe socket, and then to the outer side of the pipe socket. The coating of the socket should be within the range marked from the pipe end to the insertion depth.
4. The adhesive should be applied quickly, evenly, and in an appropriate amount, without any omissions.
After applying adhesive to the socket, the pipe should be immediately inserted into the socket in the correct direction, and pressure should be applied to insert the pipe end into the pre marked insertion depth mark, and then rotate the pipe 90 degrees. The process of pipe socket insertion shall not be struck with a hammer.
After bonding the socket interface, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean.
7. After bonding, the pipe section of the socket should be left to stand until the interface is cured according to the properties of the adhesive and climatic conditions.
After the pipeline installation is completed, all pipe openings should be tightly sealed to prevent debris from entering and causing pipeline blockage.
9. The installed pipeline should be strengthened with protection, especially when the riser is below 2 meters above the ground, it should be tied with wooden boards for protection.
10. It is strictly prohibited to use plastic pipes as support points for scaffolding, tension points for safety belts, or suspension points for suspended ceilings. It is not allowed to bake plastic pipes with open flames to prevent deformation of the pipes.
Before painting the civil engineering, the pipes should be wrapped in paper to avoid contaminating them.
12. Check the installation of the sealing ring: Place the sealing ring with the big end facing outward and the small end facing inward into the threaded cover groove, and use tools to ensure that the sealing ring is tightly fitted with the groove (this is very important). Then use a special tool to rotate the threaded cover and tightly fit it with the inspection port.
13. When using expansion joints for horizontal pipes (expansion joints are not recommended for horizontal pipes), special expansion joints for water stop sealing must be used
