Zhang Jianjun, founder and chairman of the board of directors of the China Times Group, delivered the opening speech

combines channel resources, brand cultivation, and market management responsibilities

In recent years, ERA Home Decoration has been deeply rooted in the field of home decoration through innovation

In the face of the market situation where crises coexist, Tao Jinrui, the general manager of the Home Decoration
Division, proposed a market strategy of "three transformations". Only by transforming towards "new thinking",
"new models", and "new layouts" can the "leftovers" become king in the increasingly fierce competition.
Liu Yishuai, the Director of the Marketing Center, gave a brand strategy speech with the theme of "Brand is the Longest
Confession of Love". He stated that a brand is not something that can be achieved overnight or immediately, but rather
something that develops over time and progresses gradually, requiring time for accumulation. He reviewed the brand
achievements since the launch of the brand leadership project in the era of ERA Brand 3.0. By analyzing three questions:

and market insight of ERA Home Decoration at all times, the Development Strategy Committee of ERA Home
Decoration was officially established at the banquet. At the same time, Tao Jinrui, General Manager of the
Home Decoration Business Unit, and six partner representatives were appointed as the first members of
the Home Decoration Development Strategy Committee.
