[Facing Difficulties and Striving for Excellence] Ensuring efficient operation of equipment is a fundamental condition for production management. In order to reduce the phenomenon of "three leaks" in equipment and improve the overall efficiency of equipment in the new year, the Shuangpu Factory Department organizes workshops to carry out hidden danger inspections of equipment in each workshop before the Spring Festival holiday, and focuses on improving the identified problem points during maintenance.

This pre holiday maintenance mainly focuses on related matters such as "cleaning of the extruder water tank", "polishing of the extrusion mold", "replacement of lubricating oil in the injection motor oil tank", "dust cleaning of the distribution cabinet", and "maintenance of the kneading pipe chain".

To ensure the effectiveness of maintenance, the factory area promotes and explains the maintenance requirements at the Lean Weekly Meeting, and requires each workshop to develop a maintenance schedule for review by the factory department. During the maintenance process, the factory department will verify the maintenance site together with the lean department to ensure that it is carried out according to the plan and specifications!


The team is the cell of an enterprise, and the completion of team work is directly related to the smooth completion of various production indicators. The foreign trade factory strengthens team construction and organizes workshop directors and team leaders to hold a "team leader responsibility letter signing ceremony" in the meeting room on the third floor.

During the signing ceremony, Mouchang encouraged the team leaders of the workshop and put forward requirements for next year's work: team management is an important component of workshop management, and everyone should understand their responsibilities, have a positive and upward attitude, and play the role of team leaders as role models with a positive attitude. Efficiently and responsibly complete the work tasks assigned by the workshop director, prioritize efficiency and quality, assist the director in doing a good job, and enhance the cohesion of the workshop team.


Standard Process Assists Production: While maintaining equipment in the extrusion workshop, the lean department of the branch factory and the workshop planner are responsible for collecting and organizing the process cards of the machine head, comparing the process temperatures of each process card, and recycling process cards with temperatures exceeding 220 degrees Celsius. In this inspection, more than 60 invalid process cards and 153 qualified process cards were sorted out. The missing parts shall be remade and submitted to the quality assurance engineer for review and issuance.


The Anhui ERA Lean Talent Training Camp has welcomed the first lecture of the new year - "How to understand that there are no weak soldiers under strong generals" sharing session.

After the students and workshop directors drew lots one by one, they shared their experiences for 3 minutes. After the sharing, Mr. Shi summarized and shared it. Mr. Shi first affirmed everyone's sharing, and then led us to deeply dissect "strong generals have no weak soldiers" from three aspects: what is a strong general, how to become a strong general, and how to have no weak soldiers. Historical figures were used to provide examples.

【 Striving for Excellence 】 Chongqing ERA held the 2022 Work Summary and Annual Advanced Evaluation Conference, with over 70 leaders from the General Manager's Office, department heads, and above management personnel. We specially invited consultant teacher Liu Lingfeng to attend this meeting.

At the meeting, each department will break down and report on the work plan for 2023 one by one, and the consultant teacher Liu Lingfeng will make comments one by one, emphasizing that each department should organize its core and key work, reflect more quantitative work, and use business data as support. In combination with the theme of "breakthrough" in 2023, everyone has no reason or excuse, and the goal and pace of work should be faster in order to have better harvests and achievements.

Shenzhen ERA officially started construction, and each production workshop arranged for employees to receive specialized training in production safety, product quality, lean improvement, efficiency improvement, and other aspects. The Deputy General Army of Production proposed a clear requirement at the training meeting: the production system in the new year will further tap into potential, cooperate with market sales, and actively develop new products in accordance with the headquarters' goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency Following the principle of "emphasizing quality, improving efficiency, and increasing efficiency", we will innovate our thinking and take the initiative to take this year's production work to a new level. After the meeting, various departments took active actions to implement, resulting in a good situation of both production and sales after the year.


After welcoming the New Year of "Rabbit Flying and Rapid Progress", Guangdong ERA held a New Year's start ceremony on February 6th. In order to better and faster enter the working state, start training was organized on the 6th and 8th, respectively.


The first step is safety training, which involves watching short videos and on-site explanations on how to quickly transition from vacation mode to work mode, eliminate mental paralysis, and reduce safety hazards. At the same time, various safety accidents that are prone to occur during the construction process are explained separately; Subsequently, company system training was conducted, explaining various personnel, administrative and other management systems one by one, answering common questions and precautions.


In order to consolidate the effectiveness of the training, after the safety and company system training, on-site exams were also conducted. Those who did not participate in the training, exams, or failed the exam will undergo another training or exam, ensuring that all employees participate and pass the exam.


On the morning of February 7, 2023, in order to enter a normal production state, further improve safety work and awareness, and prevent safety accidents, Tianjin held the 2023 Tianjin ERA Work Resumption Safety Training Conference.

Through this safety training, we have helped newly employed employees to put their minds into normal production work, cultivating the safety awareness of all employees. We hope that through this training, everyone can work together to grasp safety, engrave the word "safety" in their hearts, and implement it in their actions.


On the morning of January 3, 2023, when it was time to stop production and repair hardware facilities at the end of the year, in order to ensure the effective operation of water and power supply for production in 2023, under the arrangement of workshop leaders, personnel from each workshop were organized to clean the sedimentation tank in the water pump room. The production division of labor was carried out for the cleaning of each water tank, and a contracted system was established. After two days of hard work, the cleaning of the sedimentation tank was completed in an orderly manner, Fully prepare for the production and operation guarantee for the new year.


In 2023, Jiangsu ERA began full production. To ensure normal production for 23 years, Jiangsu ERA fully launched trial production of 38 production lines in January.

As of now, Jiangsu ERA has completed the full specification trial production of 5 PPR tooling production lines, 4 full specification PE production lines, 9 PVC drainage production lines, and 8 PVC electrical production lines. Due to the impact of equipment debugging progress, personnel shortages, and skill levels, the trial production of the remaining production lines is planned to be fully completed in late February.

In the future, Jiangsu ERA will take "quality assurance, benchmarking and efficiency improvement" as the direction, implement the cross policy of "open source, cost reduction, risk prevention, and implementation", firmly adhere to the goal, and forge ahead!
