On August 27th, 2024, the final of the "Super Craftsman" Full Assembly Skills Competition was grandly

held at the Taizhou Dream Creation Park. It was jointly organized by the Taizhou Human Resources

and Social Security Bureau, Taizhou News Media Center (Group), and authoritative institutions such as

Taizhou Technician College and Taizhou Cultural Life Channel, opening up a new path for the selection

and cultivation of skilled talents in the industry.
Since its launch in July, the competition has received widespread attention and high recognition from

all sectors of society. Participants from all over the world actively participated, demonstrating

extraordinary enthusiasm and talent. After multiple screenings, 150 outstanding technical craftsmen

stood out and showcased their professional knowledge and exquisite skills on the final stage,

bringing an exciting and unparalleled peak showdown.

As one of the benchmark events in the decoration industry, the 2024 "Super Craftsman

" Skills Competition takes "respecting labor and advocating skills" as its core concept,

aiming to promote the spirit of craftsmanship, stimulate the enthusiasm of workers for

skills, provide a stage for skilled talents to showcase themselves and exchange skills,

build a platform for communication, learning, and common progress, inject new vitality

On the basis of continuing the competition of water and electricity pipelines in the past,

this year's competition has been fully upgraded to the "Water, Electricity, Wood Tile Oil"

Decoration and Construction All trades Technical Education Challenge. Special workers,

bricklayers, painters and other construction and decoration all trades have been included

in the competition scope, achieving comprehensive coverage of skilled talents in the

home decoration industry. This has opened up a new situation for strengthening in-depth

skill exchange, expanding mutual learning among various fields, and promoting the overall

skill development of the industry.

This competition has attracted widespread attention and high recognition from the industry for its

professionalism and fairness. Yang Yingzheng, the runner up of the "Pipeline and Heating" project

in the World Skills Competition, Ding Bo, the first domestic home inspector and pioneer in home

inspection in China, well-known home inspection blogger Ouyang Kai, senior education experts

such as Li Deng, Li Zhe, and Ye Xijia from Taizhou Technician College, as well as experts from

various fields, served as the final judges to conduct selection and assessment with high standards

and requirements, promote the high-level development of the competition, improve the skill level

of home decoration construction, and lead the new trend of industry skill development.

03 Craftsmanship Honor Reshaps Industry Quality Model
On the field, the contestants condensed their craftsmanship into their works, meticulously polishing

details, strictly controlling quality, and striving for excellence, demonstrating outstanding skills. After

intense competition among individuals and teams, the list of gold, silver, and bronze awards for this

year's Super Craftsman Skills Competition has been announced one after another, and the Golden

Helmet Award, which symbolizes the highest team honor, has also been proudly born. This is not only

a reflection of the team's solid professional practice ability and innovation ability, but also represents

the style of millions of home decoration craftsmen, setting a benchmark for the development of the

home decoration industry and reshaping the industry's quality model.

In 2022, ERA Pipeline created the Super Craftsman IP with the aim of promoting the spirit of

craftsmanship in a great country, making the spirit of craftsmanship shine in "Made in China",

and conveying the concept of healthy drinking water life. It has been successfully held in Taizhou,
