In July 2019, the ERA Group Sunshine Team Construction (YCC) project was officially launched and the first batch of 17 pilot Sunshine Culture Circles (YCC) were built.
ERA's corporate culture work has entered a new stage and has entered the journey of fully opening up the last mile of corporate culture implementation.
Today, the company has built 158 cultural circles, covering more than 5,500 ERA family members.
In five years, ERA family members have created their own beautiful stories and memories through the YCC platform. In the YCC in Huangyan alone,
a total of more than 15,000 large and small entertainment, care, learning and growth, public welfare,
management improvement and other activities and actions have been planned and organized. These beautiful memories of mutual assistance,
friendship, growth breakthroughs, and dream pursuits, which are hand-painted by ERA front-line family members, are full of warmth and touching.

2019
July
ERA Group's Sunshine Team Construction Project (YCC) was officially launched, and the headquarters first built 17 pilot culture circles,
committed to opening up the last mile of corporate culture implementation, so that ERA sunshine culture can be effectively implemented in teams and employees.
August
Introduced "Sunshine Greetings" to encourage family members to take the initiative to greet each other,
and at the same time guided family members to independently carry out their favorite cultural activities to create a positive,
sunny, happy and harmonious working atmosphere.
November
The first Sunshine YCC "Singing Concert" was held with the theme of "Showing Happiness, Singing Dreams, Meeting Family".
Families from 18 cultural circles sang loudly. Many first-line families realized their first stage performance experience in their lives.
2020
May
The second YCC circle building work of ERA headquarters was completed, 30 new cultural circles were added,
and the coverage of Sunshine YCC was further expanded.
June
Introduced the "Sunshine Class Meeting", advocating that circle members take turns to host,
so that circle members can share and communicate more fully, the class meeting format is richer and more efficient,
and a grassroots training ground is created.
Chongqing ERA Sunshine Team Project was launched, becoming the first subsidiary of ERA to launch YCC.
July
Anhui ERA Sunshine Team Project was launched, and a total of 22 cultural circles were built, achieving full coverage of Anhui ERA YCC.
September
Organized "I Say YCC" where employees told their own stories about the cultural circle.
The "1m² Management" special activity was introduced, and 9 demonstration circles were piloted first.
Employees were encouraged to use the "5 minutes" before leaving work to independently complete the 7S work in their positions.
Everyone was responsible, managed static defects well, and realized autonomous management.
November
Hold the first YCC "Joy Party". YCC management responsible persons, promoters,
circle leaders/deputy circle leaders gather together to participate in team building interactive games,
promote the interaction and communication between circle leaders and circle leaders, and enhance the familiarity,
cohesion and integration of the cultural implementation work team.
2021
February
YCC's "Eight Caring Actions" project for new employees was officially launched. With a 100-day cycle,
the project uses "eight caring actions" to allow new employees to feel the warmth and care from the company's "home" in all aspects at the first time,
enhance employees' sense of identity and belonging to the company, and quickly become competent for their jobs.
March
Completed the third YCC circle building work, built a total of 47 cultural circles,
and the headquarters Sunshine YCC achieved full coverage and connectivity for all employees.
April
The Tianjin ERA Sunshine Team Project was launched, and a total of 12 cultural circles were built, covering Tianjin ERA in full.
June
The first "Hot Dance Party" and the second "Singing Party" opened with great enthusiasm. After 3 days and 6 rounds of auditions,
front-line employees from different lines and positions stood on the stage, shining and blooming, leaving behind brilliant smiles and emotional tears.
The YCC "Sunshine Journey" group exchange meeting was held.
The "Sunshine Travel Group" consisting of more than 260 people including ERA senior management team,
YCC line management responsible persons, promoters, circle leaders and family members of each subsidiary participated in "I Say YCC" and "On-site Exchange Meeting".
At the exchange meeting, outstanding YCC representatives from the headquarters,
Chongqing, Anhui and Tianjin subsidiaries stood on the big stage of the headquarters and made wonderful sharing.
September
The "YCC Incentive Management Methods" were released.
The incentive projects include honor allowances, physical examination benefits, family care, official business trips and study, etc.,
which motivate outstanding YCC workers from all aspects and angles, so that the hard work of every family member will not be in vain.
November
The "YCC Public Area 7S Contracting" project was launched, further promoting "full participation and self-management",
creating an atmosphere of "I love my home and take pride in my home", creating a healthy, civilized, clean and orderly working environment,
and improving employee literacy and the company's on-site management level.
2022
January
The first corporate culture theme year/season activities were carried out. According to the company's strategic theme "Efficiency Improvement Year",
the corporate culture theme season activities were disassembled,
and four theme season activities of "Care", "Saving", "Growth" and "Quality" were organized and planned.
The theme connotation was fully publicized through the YCC platform to help the company's strategy land and call on employees to carry out theme actions from the bottom up.
March
Carry out the "Starry Sea Escort" corporate culture ambassador training to cultivate front-line grassroots cultural trainers,
cultural propagandists and cultural spokespersons.
June
Hunan ERA Sunshine Team Project was officially launched, with a total of 10 circles built.
The "Together with Happiness" YCC creative group photo contest was held, and 130 cultural circles showed ERA-style happiness with brilliant smiles,
expressed blessings to ERA with meaningful pictures, and captured their love for ERA with creative lenses.
2023
January
Launch the "Breakthrough" YCC theme year event, and plan to hold four theme season events: "Learning Driven", "Improvement and Progress",
"Quality Protection" and "Beautiful Coexistence".
September
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of ERA Group, the "Beautiful Coexistence" Dream Gathering event was held to create "Dream Gathering" works.
A total of 149 units signed up and 175 entries were made, all of which were completed by employees themselves.
November
The first class of Corporate Culture Ambassadors graduated and the second class started.
The third "Singing Show" was held, with a total of 37 programs divided into two performances in the afternoon and evening.
The family members came up with various tricks and brought a wonderful performance.
2024
January
Launch the "Evolution" YCC theme year event, focusing on "Caring Action", "Innovation/Safety", "Optimization/Quality" and "Review and Summary",
and start the YCC self-management awareness training theme season event plan.
July
The "Light as Five" YCC launched a series of activities for the fifth anniversary.
The company's promotion team presented flowers and souvenirs to 17 honorary circle leaders (circle leaders and deputy circle leaders who have served for five years)
to express gratitude for their selfless love for their respective families and their silent efforts for ERA.
