On July 20th, Hunan ERA Sales Center held the 2024 semi annual sales and training conference.
The conference lasted for three days and was chaired by Huang Yong, Deputy Director of Sales Center.
More than 50 people, including Hong Wenqing, General Manager of Hunan ERA, Yang Chongjie,
Deputy General Manager of Sales, relevant leaders of the company's General Office,
and all sales elites, attended the meeting.

On the morning of July 20th, during the first meeting, Huang Yong, Deputy Director of
the Sales Center of the company, presented the "2024 Half Year Sales Work Report".

The sales managers in each region provided clear business summaries and reports on their respective areas,
delving into the highlights and shortcomings of the first half of the year. At the same time, they clarified
their business plans and initiatives for the second half of the year, injecting new vitality and motivation into the team.
Commending advanced and inspiring individuals
In the subsequent meeting, the list of personnel who won first and second place in the PK competition from
January to June 2024 was announced. The company leaders presented awards to the winners one by one and
congratulated them. At the same time, encourage other sales elites to work hard and
strive to double their performance in the next PK competition, and win the title of sales model.
02 Expanding first, leading the future
On July 21st, a team building and expansion activity with the theme of "Perseverance
and Evolution" was held, and participating leaders and sales elites attended the event.

On July 22nd, the sales team conducted a comprehensive training activity aimed at deepening team members' understanding
of electrical products, enhancing their ability to develop competitive resources, improving project expansion skills, and
strengthening their professional knowledge in sales management.
In addition, sales skills training and practice evaluations were conducted.
04 Empowering leadership, accumulating strength, and setting sail
Wang Chengrong, Vice President of Production, stated that high-quality products are the key to the success of the
entire "ERA Iron Army" in market expansion. The production line will continuously produce
technically advanced and high-quality products, providing all sales personnel with the confidence to charge forward.
Vice President of Administration Yuan Jun pointed out that the administrative logistics line will serve as the most
solid support for the sales iron army soldiers, and will spare no effort to provide the strongest support for all colleagues.
Subsequently, Sales Director Xia Zhishuang made a comprehensive deployment and arrangement of the work
plan for the second half of the year: firstly, to possess the wolf's sense of smell and timely capture
market information; Secondly, we need to possess the unity of African elephants and work together to
expand our business; Thirdly, it is necessary to possess the mobility of a cheetah and quickly
explore potential markets; The fourth is to have the adaptability of a camel and cope with changing market environments.
Subsequently, Vice President of Sales Yang Chongjie gave a speech. Mr. Yang provides guidance for sales work
in the second half of the year: firstly, sales should cultivate "internal strength", carry forward the spirit of the
"wolf like" iron army, be energetic, adventurous, responsible and responsible; Secondly, it is necessary to
strengthen the management of weak areas and strategically layout customer channels; Again, we need
to focus on and explore excellent core resource customers to stimulate market vitality; Finally, we need

At the end of the meeting, Hong Wenqing, General Manager of Hunan ERA, gave a concluding speech on the
work situation of the past half year. Mr. Hong reviewed the sales situation of the company in the first half of the
year, pointed out the main business problems in a targeted manner, and put forward clear requirements
for the work in the second half of the year: firstly, to "work in the market, learn in the market, penetrate the market
and deeply cultivate the market", accurately grasp market opportunities, and promote project implementation;
The second is to continuously improve the quality of products and services, consolidate the brand foundation,
and enhance brand influence; The third is to maintain market insight, "seize" the market, stabilize the existing market,
and explore new business areas; The fourth is to focus on "collecting payments, promoting sales,
and reducing inventory" as the core, and carry out various tasks on a regular basis.
