At the symposium, 30 team leaders from the ten participating workshops
opened their hearts and spoke freely,
focusing on the KPI data, quality control, safety production, personnel management,
the three major operations of the teams in the first half of the year,
and deeply analyzing the reasons for the problems in their work.
They proposed improvement directions for the next step of work,
while expressing their confidence and determination to stand on their positions,
strive for progress, and work solidly, helping the team work to reach a new level.

The three managers of the production system made precise evaluations based on the achievement
of key indicators in the first half of the year and the abnormal issues in key work in the first half of the year.
Effective control of process quality, adherence to "looking back" on the results of on-site lean operations,
deep exploration of team members' potential, effective implementation of safety production,
and further improvement of team leader management capabilities are urgent work items
that need to be addressed in the production system.

Finally, Mr. Shi affirmed the achievements of the team in the first half of the year
and proposed requirements for this symposium: firstly, to interpret the important role played
by the team leader in the team, and to strive to be diligent and responsible,
and to use his legs, mouth, and hands with ease.
The second is to be brave and adept at summarizing past shortcomings and highlights,
comparing standards to identify gaps, and improving management level.
The third is to cultivate one's own confidence and self reflection ability,
both of which are indispensable. Through self-confidence, one can learn to reflect,
accept criticism, correct deviations in a timely manner, and improve personal qualities.
