PPR hot melt connection should be operated according to the following procedures
.The fuser is powered on and cannot be operated until the temperature indicator light turns on.
.When cutting pipes, the end face must be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. Special pipe shears are generally used for pipe cutting. If the pipe diameter is large, use a saw blade to cut the pipe. After cutting, the burrs and burrs are removed from the section.
.The connecting end faces of the pipe grid and pipe fittings must be clean, dry and oil-free.
.Use a caliper and a suitable pen to measure and plot the hot-melt depth at the pipe end. The hot-melt depth should comply with the following table:
If the ambient temperature is less than 5℃, the heating time should be extended by 50%.
.When welding elbows or tees, attention should be paid to their direction according to the requirements of the design drawings, and their positions should be marked with auxiliary marks in the linear direction of the pipe fittings and pipes.
.When connecting, guide the pipe end into the heating sleeve without rotation, insert it to the marked depth, and at the same time push the pipe fitting onto the heating pipe without rotation until it reaches the specified mark. Generally, you can master the heating time by reading the numbers in your mind, or observe the heating degree of the pipe fittings and pipes. When a circle of PPR hot melt flange appears on the die head, the pipes and pipe fittings can be removed from the die head and proceed to the next process.
.After the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipes and fittings from the heating jacket and heating head at the same time, and insert them quickly and evenly to the marked depth in a straight line without rotation, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.
.Within the specified time, the newly welded joint can be corrected, but rotation is strictly prohibited.
