In order to implement the requirements of the 2023 National "Safe Production Month" activities and effectively build a safe production defense line, since June, various workshops and departments in Anhui ERA have organized a series of emergency drills.
There were nearly 500 participants in the exercise, including 12 workshops and administrative departments. Emergency plans include mechanical injury, electric shock accidents, fire explosions, and fire hose connection skills competitions. Relevant departments actively participate in activities and interact with each other, and carefully learn first aid knowledge.
Mechanical injury emergency drills
Second, the sixth and seventh workshops and the power department organize and carry out special emergency drills for mechanical injury accidents. Accident drill simulation: the operator caused a leg injury due to improper operation, and the team staff immediately turned off the equipment after discovering it, inquired about and checked the injuries of the injured, and reported the accident to the shift leader and department head.

Emphasis: how to quickly and effectively rescue when encountering mechanical injury accidents, how to carry out emergency treatment of on-site situations, and rescue mechanical injury personnel must be carried out in accordance with correct specifications, and strive for rescue time, and at the same time require that in the future production and work, everyone should abide by safe operation procedures to avoid mechanical injury incidents.
Electric shock accident drill
In order to further strengthen on-site safety production, reduce casualties in the event of accidents, and improve employees' accident response capabilities, workshops 1, 3, 4 and 5 carried out on-site handling drills for electric shock accidents.
At the drill site, a staff member simulated accidentally being electrocuted during operation and fell unconscious. When the workshop personnel found that an electric shock accident occurred, they reported to the workshop in time, and after receiving the accident report, the workshop immediately activated the emergency rescue plan for the electric shock accident, and the rescue team arrived quickly. After confirming the on-site power disconnection, the rescue team immediately conducted a full body examination of the electrocuted person, and implemented cardiopulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration for rescue, and when the electrocuted person recovered his heartbeat and breathing, observed his mental state and sent him to the hospital for further examination and treatment.
After the exercise, the storage manager of the production department commented on the exercise, which was not the end, but a reminder that each employee could digest what he learned and felt in this drill and draw inferences from one example. Only when each employee firmly establishes safety awareness, puts it into his mind, internalizes it in his heart, and earnestly fulfills his safety responsibilities, will the enterprise truly achieve "zero accidents" in safe production.

In order to improve the fire emergency handling ability of Anhui Gongyuan employees, enhance the ability of personnel to control the initial fire, and reduce the losses caused by fire accidents. The departments participating in the fire and explosion emergency drill are: administrative building personnel, warehousing department, and workshop in the east factory.
At the event, the chief of the logistics and security section explained in detail the self-defense, self-rescue and escape skills after the occurrence of fire, and introduced different fire extinguishers and their use methods according to types, functions and uses, and demonstrated the operating procedures for using fire extinguishers. After the exercise of functional departments, Mr. Zhu concluded and emphasized: first, keep safety in mind and enhance personal safety awareness; The second is to effectively protect the people around you; The third is to closely cooperate with the various standardized security requirements proposed by the company's security department.

Subsequently, according to the four-step method of "one lift, two pull, three aiming, and four spraying" of the fire extinguisher, everyone pulled out the safety pin, seized the upper hand, and sprayed at the root of the flame, and personally experienced a real battle to extinguish the fire.
Fire hose connection skills competition
As the month drew to a close, the East Plant used a wonderful fire hose connection competition to round off the month's activities. The competition was divided into three groups, with a total of 9 contestants from the eight, ninth and tenth workshops.
The fire hose connection seems simple, but in fact, it has strict requirements for the skills and mentality of employees, and if employees are busy and hesitate to sprint during the operation, it may affect their performance. The kung fu lived up to the careful people, and three contestants in the ninth workshop successfully won.
