Material Properties

The accessory material of the conventional rain gutter is PVC, and the accessory material of the rubber ring type is PVC and rubber ring.


1.PVC raw materials are selected from major domestic suppliers, and must be strictly tested before they can be put into production. All products are produced using new materials. 

2.The rubber ring is made of NBR material, which has good comprehensive mechanical properties, and has good resistance to oil media, water, solvent and high pressure oil. Secondly, it has good compression set, wear resistance and elongation. . Our rubber factory is responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of rubber rings.

1)Within   a radius of 15 times the wall thickness near the gate, the depth of cracks,   peeling or bubbles should not exceed 50% of the wall thickness at that point.     2)Within   10 times the wall thickness of the diaphragm gate, the depth of cracks,   delamination or bubbles should not exceed 50% of the wall thickness at that   point.   3)Within   10 times the wall thickness of the ring gate, the crack length should not   exceed 50% of the wall thickness at this point.   4)The   weld line opening shall not exceed 50% of the wall thickness of the line.   5)The   depth of cracks and skinning on other parts of the surface should not exceed   30% of the wall thickness at that point.
