Recently, the Zhejiang Enterprise Informatization Promotion Association announced the list

of intelligent factories (digital workshops) in Zhejiang Province for 2023, and "ERA High

Performance Pipeline Intelligent Factory" has been successfully recognized as an intelligent

factory in Zhejiang Province for 2023.

ERA Group is a demonstration enterprise for machine replacement in Zhejiang Province.

Its automation construction and green factory construction have always been at the forefront of the industry.

The automation elements cover seven systems: feeding, mixing, crushing, granulation, centralized supply,

transportation, and packaging, achieving full automation control from raw material input to product output.

Previously, an injection molding machine required at least one person to operate; now, the entire workshop

only needs to be inspected by three to five people, which is a significant change after the introduction of intelligent

manufacturing in ERA. Under the high-speed operation of a 24-hour fully automated production line,

ERA Pipeline goes through dozens of production processes in an orderly manner, allowing batches of

pipeline products to quickly leave the factory and be transported to various parts of the world.

From "intelligent robotic arms" to "digital integrated systems," multiple production data are displayed in real-time

on the display screen in the monitoring room next to the workshop. The entire site is regulated,

resources are coordinated, and monitored for operation. Through the digitization of the production process,

the entire intelligent workshop operates more efficiently and smoothly.

The development of technology is like sailing against the current. Since its establishment, ERA has realized the

importance of mastering advanced productivity and has successively built a smart factory that integrates automation,

informatization, and intelligence, as well as an ERA Research Institute that focuses on cutting-edge

industry technologies, completing its own production and research loop. Through intelligent production,

ERA has successfully achieved a dual improvement in output and quality.
