He, The First Grandmaster Technician in Taizhou!

Recently, after a process of company selection and recommendation, qualification review, expert re-examination, and public announcement,

Chen Xiaobing from ERA Shares has been confirmed by the Provincial Department

of Human Resources and Social Security as the city's first Grandmaster Technician.

It is understood that the "New Eight-Level" system is an upgrade to the current skill talent vocational

skill level evaluation system. It adds apprentice worker below and Grandmaster Technician and Chief Technician

above the original five-level system of junior worker, intermediate worker, senior worker, technician, and senior technician.

Personnel appointed to the position of Grandmaster Technician will enjoy the same treatment as those with senior professional titles.
To encourage and guide leading enterprises and large enterprises to carry out pilot projects for evaluating

and appointing Grandmaster Technicians, Huangyan District fully leverages the enthusiasm of enterprises,

encouraging them to independently assess vocational skills talents, granting them "speaking rights" in talent evaluation,

breaking the "glass ceiling" for skilled talent development, and bringing forth a large number

of skilled craftsmen such as Yang Jiong and Yang Wenjie.

In November 2023, ERA Shares was approved as the city's first pilot for the "New Eight-Level" vocational

skill grade, which also paved the way for employee Chen Xiaobing's promotion. Chen Xiaobing entered

the industry at 17, obtained his technician certificate at 18, became the "Chief Technician

of Taizhou" at 19, and at 25, he became the "Chief Technician of Zhejiang Province."

"As a frontline operator, I have now achieved both career development and improved treatment

and status, something I could hardly imagine before," said Chen Xiaobing, deeply moved by the honor he received.
