2023 Lean Talent Training Camp Expansion Training

Lean Talent Training Camp Outdoor Expansion

Willows gently sprout green eyebrows,

Peach blossoms blush and intoxicate the spring breeze,

In this colorful season,

The Lean Talent Training Camp has welcomed outdoor expansion training.

To further enhance the team cohesion and collaborative ability of lean talents, expand work ideas, improve work methods, and improve work efficiency. Anhui ERA Lean Talent Training Camp organized a significant outward bound training.

Before departure, Anhui ERA Production Vice President Shi Qinglin specially cheered the students and gave a mobilization speech, wishing the event a complete success. The destination for this expansion training was chosen at Daxiwu Station in Dongting Township, Guangde. Feng Bo, a training specialist from the Human Resources Department, was invited as the coach.

At the foot of the mountain, Coach Feng first carried out a warm-up project called "The Story of Ah Shui": everyone formed a circle, and each person's right index finger supported the palm of the other left hand. When the coach mentioned "water" in the story, their left hand quickly grabbed the other person's index finger, and their right index finger quickly escaped. Those caught will receive a push up "reward". During the game, the students are highly focused and afraid of missing the "water" spoken by the coach. A happy atmosphere quickly brings the students closer. Subsequently, Coach Feng divided the students into two teams based on their birth months and selected the team leader, team name, and slogan. Then distribute task books to each team.

After the task book was distributed, each team leader led the team members to learn it. The task book has eight tasks, including taking photos and clocking in, team games, and several questions based on lean knowledge. After understanding the task book, the two teams non-stop switched to "combat" mode, and everyone worked together and set off with their respective tasks.

While climbing the mountain and doing tasks, the most impressive one is the A4 paper crossing task. Cut a piece of A4 paper into a circle, and everyone forms a circle to pass through this circle made of A4 paper. How to cut A4 paper into a large circle to help team members overcome difficulties, brainstorm and ultimately come up with the best solution, and work together to successfully traverse. The significance of this activity is to remind us to break away from inherent thinking, integrate available data, and maximize utilization. At the same time, it also requires a high level of cooperation ability. The final breakthrough team achieved the victory of this expansion training with a slight advantage.

Through this expansion training, the students of Lean Training Camp have felt the importance of communication and collaboration, while also expanding their thinking, liberating their minds, exercising and learning through practice, changing through experiential learning, and enhancing their abilities, providing a solid foundation for building the company's talent team.

In Conference Room 4, the second phase of mutual training among Anhui ERA Lean Talents students officially kicked off. This training was led by Du Wenlei, the assistant director of Workshop 8, as the lecturer. Du provided theoretical training on "PDCA Circular Working Method", which revolved around four aspects: development prospects, circular process, characteristics, usage, and management application. During the process, PDCA working methods were more vividly explained through examples, After the training, students discussed with each other, pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of Professor Du, learned from each other, and made up for their weaknesses. Not only does it enhance students' professional knowledge, but it also improves the training level of instructors. To lay a solid foundation for the high-quality and high-level development of lean talents in the future.
