Quality problem zero review

The management zero review is organized and managed by the quality management department of the responsible unit, and relevant departments participate; if necessary, the group company is responsible for organizing and managing the zero review. The evaluation team leader shall be the administrative officer of the responsible unit, and the evaluation committee shall include leaders of relevant departments and quality supervision representatives. The management zeroing review can be combined with the technical zeroing review as the case may be. Contents of management zeroing review: whether the occurrence process of quality problems is clear; whether the main cause of the problem and the nature of the problem are clear; whether the main responsible unit and responsible person are clear, and whether the relevant units recognize their responsibilities and take improvement measures.

Whether personnel have been educated in conjunction with the quality problems that have arisen, and what form of education has been adopted. Whether the responsible units and responsible persons need to be punished has been punished, whether the punishment is appropriate, and whether there is a written record or notification. Whether the quality management system documents and rules have been improved, and which quality management system documents and rules have been improved. All information generated in the process of zeroing quality problems should be managed by levels.
